Spring Open Studios this weekend!!!!

"It's a tough economy to be an artist". We've all heard that one alot --hey it's tough for every field. But we should stay diligent. Do what we do best as artists, and be creative with how we get and do business. Stay positive, stay committed to your craft and good things will come.

I'm inspired to be represented by Mission Artists United in Spring Open Studios this weekend! More than 200 emerging and established artists using all mediums open their doors to the public for a weekend of art, inspiration and collecting.

If you are in San Francisco this weekend, stop by the ActivSpace Studios #529, have a glass of wine and check out my collection. There are some amazing artists in the building you've got to meet! Checkout my Facebook page for a peek of the studio getting ready.

Thanks everyone who made it to the Juried Spring Open Studios Show tonight, wasn't that sweet?!?! On another note, I met this interesting person today in the Pete Kilpatrick Band . He shared with me that he was also a photographer, & as we photogs do, I checked out his site. He shoots a lot of Americana stuff -as he's on tour so much, --and I'm diggin it!!  I want to share his photography with you and hope you feel it too.
